International child support is a complex area. Countless numbers of cases fall through the cracks when different nations are involved. While various countries negotiate agreements, children remain in need. The process is slow and discouraging for those who wait. It is tragic when a parent deliberately leaves children behind without support. Whether the parent is a foreign national and returns to their homeland or travels abroad for business, the responsibility of child support must remain a priority.
We have made a checklist to help you and have listed countries for which we have international contact information. Also, there is a USA Contacts page and a section for U.S. citizens. Visit some of the other helpful sites, sign the guestbook, and feel free to post in the forum. Also, see the survey results from past visitors regarding their cases.
Just a reminder: This site is for legitimate issues only. It is not to be used to 'slam' anyone. Links posted in the forum or guestbook will be deleted until they are validated. Once approved, they will be listed in the links section of this site.
